Crack Pipes are being sold in the downtown eastside. Yes, they are now selling in two locations for 25cents each they are doing this
to prevent the spread of disease. These will be the first amongst many in Canada they are popular even though they are not in the safe injection sites.

Last Sunday, March 2, 2014 was the YVR Foodies launch party. I had the opportunity to attend it and capture some videos of the event. Here is a recap of the event and speakers & performers. Chef Siddhartha Choudhary shared about how he got into the restaurant business and how he got started in the industry working around the globe in different restaurants before opening his own restaurant in East Vancouver.

Had a really great time volunteering at this event on April 13th 2014 for the Canadian Cancer Society, It was great to meet the people I had chatted with behind the computer screen. And i did capture a few great shots. Special thank you to Daniel Borowski for connecting me with the event. I hope they call me back soon I would love to assist at some other events of theirs.
