was the YVR Foodies launch party. I had the opportunity to attend it and capture some videos of the event. Here is a recap of the event and speakers & performers. Chef Siddhartha Choudhary shared about how he got into the restaurant business and how he got started in the industry working around the globe in different restaurants before opening his own restaurant in East Vancouver.

Siddhartha runs Siddhartha’s Indian Kitchen on Commercial Drive in Vancouver. YVR Foodies also had two amazing singers perform to add some entertainment to a successful launch party including Hebrew & English singer Sophia Tuv and passionate guitarist and singer Theda Phoenix.

I have attached a couple videos of the singers and Chef Siddhartha. The keynote speaker of the event was popular Vancouver food blogger Richard Wolak from Vancouver Foodster who shared about his experience as a food blogger and how blogging can help shape the restaurant industry.

It was a well-organized and well-attended launch party and I can’t wait for the next YVR Foodies event!
